Generations in Print
Since 1836, and that’s a long time ago for any business, the Turner family have been master craftsmen, producing quality print for more than five generations.
Our printing and newspaper publishing business has seen many changes from the early days of letterpress printing with handset type and ink, which produced its unique smell throughout the ‘works’. The innovation of typesetting machines in the early 20th century was followed with the introduction of lithographic printing presses in the 1970s.
Our family have always been aware of the need to continually update equipment, invest in the very latest technology, and train skilled staff to cater for all our customers needs and this policy is still a priority today.
